All artwork(s) listed on sale are in mint condition and are constantly examined to ensure their quality, before shipping to buyers. The Artist reserves the right to refuse any purchase(s) of the artwork(s) to the buyer(s), should they be found with any problems / defects prior to sales and delivery.
All prices of artwork(s) are nett-priced and in Singapore dollars.
As the Artist uses Paypal as the third-party payment system, any transactions and personal information such as name, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number and credit card information will be kept by the third-party system with the strictest confidence.
The Artist ccasionally provides the opportunity for visitors to supply their email address for the purpose of receiving a newsletter and any updated information. These email addresses will only be used for this purpose and will never be shared with unaffiliated third parties unless you have provided your consent for us to do so. At a minimum, we will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such materials. In addition, where applicable, the Artist will follow all local requirements, such as allowing you to opt in before receiving unsolicited contact.
The Artist will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours or by the next available business day, whichever applies, upon successful submission of the electronic order.
If artwork is unavailable for sale due to some reasons, the Artist will send further messages to the buyer for further action.

artwork(s) within 2 days from date of receipt of payment, for buyers making
payments via Bank Transfers.
Delivery within Singapore
Delivery
is free for artwork(s) delivered personally within Singapore by the Artist. For
any unforseen circumstances the Artist is unable to deliver the artwork(s) personally,
the Artist will arrange for a reliable third party courier service to deliver
the artwork(s), with the consent and agreement from the buyer(s) at no extra charge.
International
shipping
Shipping prices for each artwork are clearly specified with
the price of the artwork on the Sales
page. This shipping price includes packaging and shipment to all listed addresses
from countries and international zones using the services of the Singapore
Postal Services. No additional payments / charges will be required from buyers
unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon between the buyer(s) and the Artist.
International
shipping however, will not be available to P.O. Boxes.
Packaging of artwork(s) are done with high packaging standards to ensure the artwork(s) delivered, are to buyer's continued expectation and satisfaction with the quality of the artwork done by the Artist.
Packaged artwork(s) are attended with proper Singpost registered mail postal procedures, maximizing package track-eability at every stage of the delivery route to the addressed location via Singpost website.
Cancellation
of Orders / Payments
The Artist reserves the right to cancel any purchase(s)
as deem fit and upon agreement of the buyer.
Refunds
A finalised sale of an artwork is deemed
as one which has been paid for, delivered and accepted by the buyer.
All finalised sales after 3 days' from date of finalised sale, are non-reversible, i.e. paintings sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
No refunds can be made once the artwork(s) has been paid in full, regardless of
any mode of payment, and upon delivery and receipt of the artwork(s) by the buyer.

prior to date of delivery
Prior to delivery of the artwork(s), any payment(s)
made by the customer via internet banking (for local transactions using Inter-bank
funds transfer) or cheque payments will be given a full refund
of the paid amount within 3 days' from date of confirmed purchase / payment prior
to delivery.

Within Singapore
Buyers paying with Paypal will be given a full refund for any purchase cancellations made within 3 days' from date of payment.
Any request for refunds sought by buyers after 3-day grace period, will not be entertained, and the painting will be processed to the buyer as per normal. - International

Dispute Resolutions
- Any
dispute as to any matter arising under, out of, or in connection with the finalised
sale between buyer(s) and the Artist shall be reviewed and settled by both parties.
- If
no resolution can be reached between both parties on matters arising under, out
of, or in connection with this contract, this dispute shall be submitted to Small
Claims Tribunal (SCT) in accordance with its rules and procedures.
- If,
and to the extent that, all disputes, controversies, or differences arising out
of or in connection with this agreement, has not been settled by services offered
by Small Claims Tribunal, within 30 days of the commencement of the mediation,
it shall first be submitted to the Singapore
Mediation Centre for resolution by mediation in accordance with the Mediation
Procedure for the time being in force, unless any of the parties serve a written
notice on all the other parties and the Singapore Mediation Centre stating that
it does not agree to submit the matter to mediation.
